What happens if the item I received is defective? WEXIST takes pride in providing tall women quality clothing! If you received a defective product, you have 7 days to bring it to our attention. (Pictures will be required) Anything after 7 days will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will send a return label immediately and process your return or exchange within 48hrs.

Emails about returns, exchanges, and defective items will not be answered at all after 7 DAYS! NO EXCEPTIONS as its out of our processing window. WEXIST will take 48hrs to process replacements for defective items and 7 business days to process refunds and exchanges. Emails sent about the status will not be answered until the 8th business day! |
