Our main office, fulfillment  locations and suppliers  are located in areas that are under the stay at home order unitl June 4 or longer (until further notice). The stay at home owner will delay all order and preorders! 

We apologize for the delay it may cause.  Like all of you, we have attempted to adjust to the new challenges posed by the COVID19, ensuring our employees and customers are safe.  We appreciate your support and patience during the pandemic. 


We ask that you expect a delay of  15-30  business days or longer for your order to be fulfilled and 5-10 business days for shipping! (please follow covid19 shipping times)


Temporary Service adjustments for DHL Express (preorders will be delayed) look for an email in the coming weeks for more information. 



Q: Will my shipment be delayed?

A: Orders may take longer to process and in some circumstances shipping times may exceed our normal shipping times( see shipping policy). We will do our best to provide order confirmation emails and status updates so that you can track your order and know when to expect it.

Q: When will my order arrive? 

A: We ask that you add an additional 14-30 business days for your order to arrive during this time! We will do our best to get orders out as soon as possible.
