Returns and Exchanges
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14 day Return & Exchange Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your WEXIST Clothing online purchase, we will gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, or defective items, within 14 days of your delivery date. Once we have received the return within the 14-day window, we will gladly issue a refund, less the cost of the original shipping, back to your original form of payment. Any time after, a credit of the amount will be issued in the form of a promo code to be used online.
Sales merchandise is FINAL sale items and cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or online credit.
Please send the original sales receipt with the return shipment. Return packages will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please follow the return instructions and place a new order for the item you would like.
